Project Documents will be available after June 29, 2010 and will be on file at OCB Reprographics at 345 Clinton Street, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Plans will be available via 2 options:
Option 1: View and/or download from OCB Planwell site by visiting their website at www.ocbinc.com and clicking on Planwell Enterprise Public Room and search by TUSD.
Option 2: Purchase CD or paper bid documents from OCB via an email request to planwell@ocbinc.com reference: Heritage School Data/Stucco Bid or by calling (949) 660-1150 and asking for the Planwell Department.
Address all questions to the Construction Manager, Barnhart Balfour Beatty at (714) 731-4687, attention Steve Butler.

| Pre-bid Walks |
| There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference at 10:00 a.m., June 29, 2010, at the jobsite Heritage Elementary School, 15400 Landsdowne Rd, Tustin CA 92780. Contractors shall assemble at the Construction Manager’s jobsite trailer. A representative from the Construction Manager will be there to meet bidders. All bidders are requested to attend the pre-bid conference. |
