Plans may be obtained on June 8, 2010 at the office of the Construction Manager, Barnhart Balfour Beatty, Inc., whose address is 10760 Thornmint Road, San Diego, CA, 92127, (858) 385-8200. Non Refundable Deposit of $50.00 is required, make checks payable to the Hemet Unified School District. For bidders wishing plans forwarded to them via overnight courier, an additional separate non-refundable check, payable to Barnhart Balfour Beatty, inc., for $25.00 per set, for shipping and handling, will be required. Bidders wishing to pick up documents should notify the Construction Manager at (858) 385-8200.

| Pre-bid Walks |
| TWO MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCES will be held on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 and Tuesday, June 22, 2010 at 1:00 p.m., onsite located at 41701 Stetson Avenue, Hemet, CA 92544 on Stadium side in front of the Barnhart Construction trailer. Verification of attendance will be made from Attendance Sign-In sheets at the pre-bid conference. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR HARDHARTS, LONG PANTS AND BOOTS FOR SAFETY. THE JOBWALK IS ON AN ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION SITE. BIDDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT THE SITE WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGER. |
