Plans will be available on or after April 20, 2009. Plans may be purchased at the office of the Construction Manager, barnhart, inc., whose address is 10760 Thornmint Road, San Diego, CA, 92127 or barnhart’s RUHS field office located at 1000 Del Amo Street, Redondo Beach, CA 90277; for $175.00 per set, payable to REDONDO BEACH UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, company or cashiers checks only (no personal checks or cash will be accepted). Plans may also be purchased at the Pre-Bid Conference or from FORD GRAPHICS at their Long Beach Branch at 562-436-9761 ask for Pat or Ellen. For further information contact, Mike Bean, Project Manager with barnhart, inc. at our field office at 310-379-3512. For plans requesting to be shipped, the shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the proposed bidder. Bidders wishing to pick up documents shall notify the Construction Manager and should telephone first to ensure an adequate number of sets are on hand.
