Plans may be obtained after April 1, 2010, at the office of the Construction Manager, Barnhart, Inc., whose address is 14471 Chambers Rd. #102 Tustin, CA 92780; (PHONE: 714.731.4687, FAX: 714.731.4691), or at Barnhart, Inc. 10760 Thornmint Road, San Diego, CA, 92127; (PHONE: 858.385.8200), for a refundable deposit of $200.00 per set, payable to TUSTIN UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, company or cashiers checks only (no personal checks or cash will be accepted). For bidders wishing plans to be forwarded to them via U.P.S., an additional separate non-refundable check, payable to Barnhart, Inc. in the amount of $75.00 per set for shipping and handling, will be required. Bidders wishing to pick up documents shall notify the Construction Manager and should telephone first to ensure an adequate number of sets are on hand.
