| Description |
This project consists of modernizing two elementary school campuses, Bayside and Oneonta Elementary School, (located at Bayside - 490 Emory Street and Oneonta 1311 Tenth St. respectively). Pre-bid site visit for both locations will be held on Wednesday, March 10th, 2010 @1:00 pm starting at Bayside then moving directly to Oneonta. This work will consist of demolition & abatement; new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical upgrades; wood structural framing; new interior and exterior finishes; specialties; glazing; doors, frames and hardware; site asphalt & concrete paving; roof patching; and landscaping. The General Contractor reserves the right to award as a combination or as a single project after time of bid. Unless instructed otherwise, these two projects will require two seperate bids.
Plans may be available, for prime contractors submitting bids on complete bid packages for a refundable deposit of $250, made payable to Barnhart, Inc. at the main office of Barnhart, Inc., 10760 Thornmint Road, San Diego, CA. 92127 or on ISQFT, (for ISQFT refer to link at the bottom of this page). | Pre-bid Walks |
| Project Site Visit - There will be ONLY one pre-bid site visit for these two modernizations. On Wednesday, March 10th, 2010 @ 1:00 pm we will start at Bayside and continue on to Oneonta immediately after. All information discussed at these site visits will become project document information. |
