Barnhart Balfour Beatty completed seismic upgrades to a 271,000 square foot parking structure located at San Diego State University. As the general contractor, Barnhart Balfour Beatty delivered the project under tight site constraints which consisted of three existing parking structures and two pedestrian bridges located nearby. The structural upgrade work included shear wall construction, lighting upgrade, steel and concrete work elastomeric coating and sealers and soil work.
