Barnhart Balfour Beatty provided general contracting services to build this 28,000 square foot medical facility for the Vista Community Clinic. The two-story facility features a reception area, laboratory space, and examination room, a lunchroom, administrative offices, and restrooms. In addition, subsurface and surface parking was constructed with handicapped parking, minor street improvements were made, and new landscape and irrigation systems were installed. The building is wood framed with an exterior stucco finish.
